Geotechnical Site Investigation

Redrock Geotechnical were commisioned to undertake a geo-environmental site investigation report on the site. The unique characteristics which give rise to the unique topography and “Springline” also raise certain construction challenges. The survey included trial pits and window sampling in order to inform foundation, ground floor and retaining wall design.
