Foundations and getting out of the ground

Reinforcement has been placed in the foundation trenches and concrete poured. A period of relatively dry weather has meant good progress on site and concrete foundations for all the main house have all been poured. Steelwork is being fabricated for the cantilevered above-ground structure on the North part of the building, and the blockwork plynth for the timber frame is being started. And the rain has come.
